We are proactive on preventing corruption, with the Anti-Corruption guidelines that we apply every day as part of our commitment to create value for our stakeholders.
In Italy, our organisational model is fully compliant with Decree no. 231/2001 on the administrative liability of companies and legal entities.

We take our responsibilities very seriously at HNP. We work to raise awareness of these issues among our staff and encourage everyone to act responsibly through our Code of Ethics.
